An official-ish gift-economy lottery for the citizens of Black Rock City.

Enter for free at lottery kiosks around the city, or contribute an object, experience, or service to the prize pool. During the ceremonial drawing, entrants and prizes are paired entirely by chance.

Winners who are not present will be sought at their listed camp and notified by official Commission courier—because winning the lottery should feel like something that happens to you.
